تعتبر النفايات المتراكمة في الشوارع من المناظر المألوفة في العراق والسبب أن دائرة البلدية هي من أكثر الدوائر العراقية التي يتم فيها سرقة أموال العراق يومياً بالمشاريع الوهمية والأختلاسات و الرشاوي وكل الحكومة مشتركة بهذه الكعكة التي تصل كل عام الى مليارات الدولارات .
Wastes are considered accumulated in the streets of the familiar sights in Iraq and the reason is that the Municipality is one of the more Iraqi constituencies in which they are stealing Iraq's money daily phantom projects, embezzlement and bribery and all the government shared this cake up every year billions of dollars .
